CCTV & Alarm Installation Technician
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and intruder alarm panels at residential and commercial sites across Nairobi and surrounding counties.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years installation experience
- Knowledge of CCTV & alarm systems
- Valid driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills
Field Service Engineer
Lead complex security system installations and provide on-site technical support for access control, electric fence, and integrated security infrastructure projects.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years field experience
- Access control & networking knowledge
- Ability to read technical drawings
Sales & Customer Relations Executive
Drive new business development, manage client relationships, conduct site surveys, and prepare security system proposals for residential and commercial clients.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years B2B/B2C sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic security systems knowledge
- Own vehicle preferred
Control Room Operator
Monitor live CCTV feeds, respond to alarm activations, coordinate with field teams and emergency services, and maintain accurate incident logs on a 24/7 shift rotation.

- Ability to work night shifts

- Good computer literacy
